Cycle832 High Speed Setting (HSS)

When processing CAM programs in HSC, high feeds need to be processed by the control system within the shortest NC sets possible. The user expects good surface quality with micrometer precision and extremely large process feeds of over ten meters per minute, and can fine-tune the program using the various processing strategies supplied with Cycle832.

For the SINUERMIK 840D sl, offered by CNC Design, the new Cycle832 High Speed Setting (HSS) in particular offers technical support when processing free-form contours (surfaces) in the three or five-axis high-speed processing area (High Speed Cutting, HSC). This HSS cycle now brings together the essential G codes and the machining/setting data required for HSC processing and supports structured NC program creation. This provides a program structure that stores technology data in the main program and geometric data in the subprogram.
